The analytics dashboards answer questions about your file that you’d otherwise need an analyst, a spreadsheet and a quiet afternoon to figure out. They are descriptive: they summarise your real history — no models, scores or predictions. (For forward-looking scoring, see What Allyy can predict.)
Every figure is unioned across all your giving — one-off gifts, mailing responses and recurring-gift payments — so totals reflect every channel, not a single table.

The four themes

The dashboards are grouped by the question they answer:

Data health

Can I trust the data? Is the file healthy and growing?

Where income comes from

What drives our income — which donors, campaigns, seasons and gift sizes?

My donor base

Who are our donors, how do they move between segments, and are we over-contacting them?

Growing & keeping value

How do we grow regular giving, retain value, and win back lapsed donors?

How to read any dashboard

KPIs

Headline numbers at the top — the one-glance summary.

Charts & tables

The detail behind the headlines, often filterable by year or channel.

Callouts

Plain-language notes that flag what’s notable and, often, what to do about it.

Donor tiers used throughout

TierMeaning
MajorAnnual giving at or above your major-donor threshold.
MiddleThe upper band of single-gift donors, below major.
StandardSingle-gift donors below the upper band.
Regular giverOn a recurring direct debit / standing order (a cadence, not a value tier).
